Property Management

Holmes Hole Builders provides a full range of caretaking services for our clients’ Vineyard properties. Property management contracts are tailored to the needs of individual owners and all homes receive the same careful attention to detail, cost management and common sense that went into their construction.

All property management contracts have, at a minimum, a weekly and inclement weather walk-through and a qualified caretaker on call year-round, 24 hours a day. The caretaker will be familiar with the HVAC, Electrical and Audio-Visual Systems of the residence, and will know exactly who to call if there is a malfunction.

We can also provide management of cleaning, landscaping, pool and spa maintenance, painting and general maintenance if the owner does not want to handle hiring and supervision of these needs themselves. Top end property management contracts can even include auto detailing, airport pick-up and drop-off, flower deliveries, and grocery shopping, for example.

Our property management personnel strive to take the stresses out of ownership on the Vineyard so that our clients can make the most of their precious and all-too-short visits to the Island.
